Shiba 公園

For 150¥ you can enter this nice park close to hamamatsucho station on
yamanote line. There are all kind of O. Wells style creepy buildings
around it, that make you feel a bit observed. But you should invest a
visit. Doesn't seem to be famous amongst tourist and salary men as
well as old people come here for a hide out. Bringing a picnic or
bento is a superb idea.

Shibuya miumiu

This morning I took a picture of the shopping window of the local
shibuya miu miu store. I got fascinated by the disco style
"Schaufensterpuppe" (ode to Kraftwerk *chiiii*) just to realize that
it's forbidden. As you might tell by the batsu (crossed arms) sign of
the staff, who is standing next to it. It's a crazy world, here in
Tokyo. How does she think she can prevent me from taking this pic? Why
aren't you allowed to do so? Just to mention some of my questions that
struck my mind.

Starck HDD

One more proof for not being my favourite designer. The cross shaped
light is kinda nice, but the item is unbelievable heavy.

Dieser ueberaus verrueckte doraimon Lautsprecher laesst euch sicher
nicht im stich, dafuer andere vor Neid erblassen. Damit man ihn nicht
verliert, hat er einen kleinen Haken, mit dem man ihn ganz laessig an
den guertel haengen kann. Respect to the カコイ製品！

Toilet Action

line, shibuya). To avoid panic! Haha.

Steiler Toiletten Grundriss einer oeffentlichen Toilette irgendwo auf
der fukutoshin Linie richtung shibuya. Damit wird garantiert
Verwirrung vor dem abwickeln des geschäftes vermieden. :)

Lunch

Die Qual der Wahl... wer mittags in Japan einen baerenhunger verspuert
und nicht genau weiß, was er oder sie essen moechte, kann mit der
vielfalt der angebotenen speisen schnell ueberfordert sein. Guten
appetit hatte ich heute mit 天ぷら！ごちそうさまでした！

If you take a walk from Shibuya to Harajuku, you will find this building on the opposite side of Yoyogi Park.
Thanks to the Lomo filter application for the iPony, colours turned out like that.

Wenn man zu Fuss von Shibuya nach Harajuku läuft, findet man dieses Gebäude direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite vom Yoyogi Park.
Dank meiner neuen Filterapplikation für das iPony, habe ich heute fast ausschliesslich mit dem Lomoeffekt fotografiert.

Actually the shirts in the shop were even better. If you walk from the bridge down the hill towards Takeshita dori, you'll find the shop on the right side.

Die Auswahl der Shirts im Laden war noch besser. Hier findet man garantiert für jeden Nerd das richtige Mitbringsel. Wenn man von der Brücke die Strasse bergab läuft in Richtung Takeshita dori, findet man den Laden auf der rechten Seite.

Neulich auf dem Weg zur Arbeit

Here are just some snapshots I did during my daily ride to the office. I love the bike tour along Meguro river. In combination with this overwhelmingly beautiful weather an almost perfect start.

Seit Januar arbeite ich in einem anderen Büro, welches in Meguro direkt neben dem gleichnamigen Fluss liegt. Unterwegs bei meinem täglichen Radtrip ins Büro habe ich diese Photos gemacht. In Verbindung mit dem geilen Wetter ist es ein (fast) perfekter Start in den Tag...wenn die Arbeit nicht wäre.
